Cannabinoid Analysis in Cannabis Medicinal Oil Samples

The identification and quantification of two of the most important cannabinoids (THC and CBD) is performed, and the acid derivatives thereof are identified. It is recorded that the executing group is not responsible for the provenance of the samples received or for their prior and subsequent use.

Methodology

Alcoholic extract from oil preparations or medical oil is received. It is filtered, diluted and delivered, along with the corresponding standards, to the staff of the High Performance Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC) to analyze them. After obtaining the results, they are analyzed and recorded in a database and the report is made.
