Cannabinoid Analysis in samples of Cannabis Sativa

Eleven cannabinoids (CBDV, CBDA, CBGA, CBG, CBD, THCV, CBN, THCA, delta 9 THC, delta 8 THC and CBC) are identified and quantified. Five of them can be analyzed (delta 8 THC, THCA, CBD, CBDA and CBN) or only 3 (CBD, delta 8 THC and CBN). The executing group is not responsible for the provenance of samples received or their prior and subsequent use.

Methodology

Sample of flower, alcohol extract, resin or Cannabis Sativa derivatives is received. The extracts are prepared and filtered for subsequent injection into the high-resolution liquid chromatograph (HPLC). The results are then analysed, recorded in a database and reported to the user.
