The service includes search and contact with suppliers of the equipment, studies of the available products and analysis of the best offers.

Methodology

The laboratory and/or company are consulted on their objectives and demands regarding the analyses they want to perform with the new equipment or supplies. The instrument that best suits them according to needs is assembled. Searches are made via internet and telephone, with potential providers. They are contacted. The equipment required by the laboratory and/or company is requested. The possible variables in the laboratory are determined. Finally, we analize with the customer and/or supplier, the best technical, input and equipment option.

Frequently asked questions

How do you contact suppliers and me?
Contacts with the parties are made in the most convenient way for the client, they may be via mail, Whatsapp, telephone and through virtual and/or face-to-face meetings.

Can I request the service if I do not know possible suppliers of the equipment or input?
Yes, the important thing is to inform us what type of equipment you need, or what you will use it for. However, fine adjustments will be made during meetings.

Do you choose only one option?
It is usually a matter of narrowing the final result down to three suppliers and classifying them according to each supplier’s strength and weakness. The final decision, however, will always be the client’s.
